Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ember Financial and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
