Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Ember Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
