Data Analyst - dashboard development (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Maple Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
