Data Analyst - dashboard development (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Bridge Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Seattle region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
