Data Analyst - dashboard development (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Basin Civic Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in procurement and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
