Data Analyst - dashboard development (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Willow Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
