Data Analyst - dashboard development (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 851 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
