Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
