Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Linden Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
