Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
