Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
