Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around San Diego. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
