Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Keystone Health runs clinics and patient services around San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
