Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Wilder Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
