Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Antonio focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We invest in training. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
