Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Iron Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
