Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
