Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Drift Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
