Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
