Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around San Antonio design routes and schedules, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate trends in route schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on fare systems. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
