Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
