Data Analyst - dashboard development (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Antonio with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
