Data Analyst - dashboard development (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
