Data Analyst - dashboard development (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
