Data Analyst - dashboard development (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Rook Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 219 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
