Data Analyst - dashboard development (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
