Data Analyst - dashboard development (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Rochester, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
