Data Analyst - dashboard development (Richmond, VA)

Summit Mill Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
