Data Analyst - dashboard development (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Juniper Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
