Data Analyst - dashboard development (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Glen Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
