Data Analyst - dashboard development (Reno, NV)

Cedar Umber Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Reno, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 869 people based in Reno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
