Data Analyst - dashboard development (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lakeside Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 828 people based in Reno. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
