Data Analyst - dashboard development (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Juniper Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
