Data Analyst - dashboard development (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
