Data Analyst - dashboard development (Reno, NV)

Bright Birch Energy is an energy provider in Reno focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
