Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Fernwood Ashton Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
