Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Redstone Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Boston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
