Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Cedar Fox Water Authority is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on capital projects. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
