Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Westbrook Yarrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Knoxville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
