Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
