Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Vista Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in capital projects and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
