Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vista Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 785 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
