Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
