Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Vale Learning Group is an education provider in Louisville serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
