Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Oak Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Tampa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
