Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Bridge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cleveland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in claims and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on dock schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
