Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Nova Fox Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Richmond, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
