Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Silverline Pine Manufacturing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
