Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on tooling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
