Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around El Paso, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
